Interesting facts about Turner syndrome
Turner syndrome is named for Dr. Henry Turner, he published a report about Turner syndrome in 1938. Turner Syndrome affects 60,000 females in the United States. This disorder is seen in 1 of every 2000 to 2500 babies born, with about 800 new cases diagnosed each year.

ReplyDeleteYeon: there is no prevention for this disease, because Turner syndorme is a inherited disease.
ReplyDeleteLuca: this disorder should start treatment as soon as possible, so this treatment is often started when a girl reaches about age 13 or 14, but age below 50 also can receive this treatment. and how often and how many estrogens need to be use should base on paitent's condition.
